What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories districts — including Central, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Shatin, and more. Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2pm. See our Delivery page for full details.

How long do the flowers last?

Our arrangements are designed to last 5–7 days with proper care. Each order includes care instructions and flower food. Some varieties — like dried lunaria and preserved foliage — last indefinitely.

Can I customize my arrangement?

Yes. Our Editions change weekly, and we welcome bespoke requests for events, weddings, and corporate gifting. Contact us with your brief and we will design something for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If your arrangement arrives damaged, contact us within 4 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.

Do you do wedding flowers?

Yes — we offer bespoke wedding floristry including bridal bouquets, ceremony installations, table arrangements, and venue styling. Email us at least 4 weeks before your date.

How do I care for my arrangement?

Re-cut stems at a 45° angle, change water daily, keep away from direct sunlight, radiators, and fruit bowls (ethylene gas shortens flower life). Remove any spent blooms to keep the arrangement fresh.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

Yes. During checkout, add a note with your preferred delivery window. We offer morning (9am–12pm), afternoon (12pm–4pm), and evening (4pm–7pm) slots. Specific times are subject to availability.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. We work with offices, hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces for regular weekly installations. Email us to set up a corporate account with invoicing and dedicated account management.
