By placing an order with Attic Lifestyle, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery

We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT. Someone must be present to receive the delivery — if no one is available, re-delivery fees may apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If your arrangement arrives damaged, contact us within 4 hours with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

Product Images

Flowers are natural products — seasonal availability, colour variation, and individual stem character mean your arrangement may differ slightly from the product image. We guarantee the same style, quality, and value.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — images, text, arrangement designs, and brand identity — is the property of Attic Lifestyle and protected by Hong Kong copyright law.

Limitation of Liability

Attic Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
